HEALTHY SERVE OF FRIES
Who says fish ’n’ chips are off the menu? Pair these healthy fries with baked fish for a lighter, healthier version.
CRISPY GREEN BEAN FRIES
3⁄4 cup panko breadcrumbs
3⁄4 cup finely grated parmesan
2 tbsp LSA 2 eggs
150g green beans Olive oil, to spray Tzatziki, to serve Lemon wedges, to serve
Preheat the oven to 220C/200C fan-forced. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Combine panko breadcrumbs, parmesan and LSA in a bowl. Whisk eggs in a shallow bowl. Trim the ends of the green beans. Coat the beans in the egg, then dip in the crumb mixture to coat. Place on the prepared tray. Spray with olive oil. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden and crisp. Serve with tzatziki and lemon wedges.
