Who says fish ’n’ chips are off the menu? Pair these healthy fries with baked fish for a lighter, health­ier ver­sion.

CRISPY GREEN BEAN FRIES

Serves 1-2

IN­GRE­DI­ENTS

3⁄4 cup panko bread­crumbs

3⁄4 cup finely grated parme­san

2 tbsp LSA 2 eggs

150g green beans Olive oil, to spray Tzatziki, to serve Lemon wedges, to serve

METHOD

Pre­heat the oven to 220C/200C fan-forced. Line a bak­ing tray with bak­ing pa­per. Com­bine panko bread­crumbs, parme­san and LSA in a bowl. Whisk eggs in a shal­low bowl. Trim the ends of the green beans. Coat the beans in the egg, then dip in the crumb mix­ture to coat. Place on the pre­pared tray. Spray with olive oil. Bake for 15 min­utes or un­til golden and crisp. Serve with tzatziki and lemon wedges.
