Lucy Croser (daughter of Brian, founder of Petaluma and Tapanappa) and husband Xavier Bizot (from the family behind Bollinger Champagne and more) are essentially a wine royal family. Their own Terre à Terre label grows premium fruit on the Crayères vineyard on 37-million-year -old soils in Wrattonbully, South Australia.
