6: Nav­i­gat­ing Tough Times Work­shop

PART of the North Bur­nett sui­cide preven­tion trial which runs un­til mid-2020. Free work­shops for farm­ers, com­mu­nity mem­bers, ser­vice providers and agri­cul­tural in­dus­try rep­re­sen­ta­tives. Biggen­den at the Grand Ho­tel on Thurs­day. All 4.45pm for a 5pm start with din­ner in­cluded.

6: Grant writ­ing work­shops

HOSTED by the Bur­nett Mary Re­gional Group, these work­shops will be held at the North Bur­nett Com­mu­nity Cen­tre at 69 Stu­art Rus­sel St, Mun­dub­bera. Land­care, com­mu­nity and not-for-profit groups, and those seek­ing drought sub­si­dies are en­cour­aged to at­tend. Lessons in how to find and se­cure grants, what fund­ing bod­ies are look­ing for, and stepby-step pro­cesses.

6: North Bur­nett Reef Reg­u­la­tions Work­shop

HOSTED by the BIEDO, the

De­part­ment of En­vi­ron­ment and Sci­ence will pro­vide an over­view of re­cently im­ple­mented reef reg­u­la­tions. Will be held at Biggen­den’s Grand Ho­tel. RSVP by Tues­day, Fe­bru­ary 4 on­line at biedo.org.au/ events.

6: MRLFC Meet­ing

MUN­DUB­BERA Rugby League Foot­ball Club will host a meet­ing for the club at Archer Me­mo­rial Park start­ing at 5.30pm.

7: Bar­be­cue and bare­foot bowls

EIDSVOLD bowls club will be host­ing bare­foot bowls on the first Fri­day of ev­ery month. Bar opens at 5pm, and bar­be­cue at 6.30pm. Adults $10, and chil­dren are $5. Book­ings ap­pre­ci­ated but not es­sen­tial. Con­tact 4165 1613 to book.

10: Mun­dub­bera Touch Meet­ing

MUN­DUB­BERA Touch As­so­ci­a­tion will have a meet­ing on Mon­day, Fe­bru­ary 10. All team cap­tains and peo­ple in­ter­ested in be­ing part of the com­mit­tee are re­quired to at­tend. Ev­ery­one wel­come.
