It includes 259 hectares of forest grazing country with a carrying capacity of 150 breeders. Improvements include mostly new boundary fencing and areas have been raked and regrowth sprayed. Improvements are continually being undertaken in the cleared country.

Watered by creeks running through the property as well as nine dams and three bores which have solar pumps, tanks and troughs.

A 5000 gallon poly tank feeds troughs in the paddocks and cattle yards.

Conveniently fenced into four paddocks plus a holding yard. Other infrastructure includes one set of timber yards with a vet crush and calf cradle.

There is a house on the property which is unliveable in its present state but it would make a great site to rebuild.
