THIS 161.91ha (400.079 acres) is on three portions with two Degilbo Creek frontages and it is mostly open undulating country with a steeper hill at the rear of the property with red and brown scrub soils. Grasses are Green Panic, Pangola, Rhodes Grass, Bluegrass, Buffel some Native grasses with Wynn Cassia and Seca Stylo legumes. Watered by seven dams, two permanent creeks with an extensive reticulated water system, three 5000 gallon poly lines tanks and eight water troughs. Fenced into nine paddocks which are in excellent condition.
There is a three bedroom low set weather board home with verandahs on three sides with large attached carport, numerous rainwater tanks plus an older shed which was the Dairy. ‘Draycot’ was previously used as a vineyard along with grazing, about 18 acres still has the posts with wires and irrigation in place.
