Peanut but­ter bick­ies

THESE ought to tickle your taste­buds if you are a fan of peanut but­ter.

There is no flour in these ei­ther.

Here’s the recipe for my peanut but­ter bis­cuits.

WHAT YOU NEED

■ 1 cup peanut but­ter

■ 1 cup brown sugar

■ 1 egg

■ 1 tsp bak­ing soda

■1 tsp vanilla

METHOD

Pre­heat your oven to 180 de­grees.

Us­ing a mixer, cream to­gether the peanut but­ter, brown sugar, egg, bak­ing soda and vanilla un­til smooth.

Roll the dough into lit­tle balls.

Place the balls of dough onto a lined bak­ing tray, and press down lightly to flat­ten. Bake for about 10 min­utes. Once out of the oven, I driz­zled with a cho­co­late but­ton and copha mix be­cause I had some to use from a slice I had made. You can leave with­out or do the same. The copha is un­nec­es­sary. En­joy!
