Crash at the lights

Central Telegraph - - NEWS -

PARAMEDICS attended a crash in Biloela on Monday where a caravan reportedly pulled out in front of busy traffic.

Queensland Ambulance Service reported crews attended the crash at the intersection of the Dawson and Burnett Highways, where a caravan and two cars were involved.

It is believed the caravan, being towed by a car, pulled out into oncoming traffic at the intersection about 1.15pm, resulting in the nasty crash.

One of the vehicles hit a traffic light pole at the intersection and the lights were out for some time.

The traffic light poles were only installed in May this year at the major intersection.

Nobody was injured in the incident and paramedics did not transport anybody to hospital.

Biloela residents say the lights have been causing issues since they were installed as it is unclear who needs to give way.

PRANG: Three vehicles were involved in a crash after a caravan pulled out.
