Wash down

Central Telegraph - - NEWS -

BANANA Shire Council wants to remind residents about the importance of wash down facilities.

It is an offence in Queensland to move or transport a vehicle on a road if it is known (or should be known) that it or its load is contaminated with a declared plant, unless the load is contained. Wash down bays are located at: Baralaba – Rannes Road; Biloela – Quarrie Road; Moura – Dawson Highway; Theodore - Leichhardt Hwy: Taroom – Taroom-Roma Road. A charge of $2 per 10 minutes applies to all facilities.
