THE ONE TO AVOID

Although this Anglia 105E looks like a complete car, it’s thoroughly rotten and would take an age to replace the rusted chassis rails — yes it can be done, but put into the equation the fact that the wings are totally shot and it’s an unrealistic prospect. Having said this, OFAS can supply excellent and far cheaper glassfibre wings for plenty of classic Fords including the 105E.The bonnet is missing, as are the engine and transmission, the brightwork’s rubbish and the interior — though complete — would need completely replacing. Unless you really are dedicated, or this car is of sentimental value, it’s sadly just too costly in terms of time and replacement parts.
