What’s the story: Sam’s channelling the late ’70s and late ’90s with his mixed-up and jacked-up custom Capri project!

“I’ve had the car for seven years, and have tried to keep it on the road all this time,” reckons Sam. “It’s a 1985 Mk3 called Christine — originally a 1.6 then it had a 1.8td, 2-litre and then a 2.5 courtesy of a straight- six BMW engine, gearbox and axle. Yes, all the brakes and suspension have been made to made suit, too.”

“As you can see, the car is jacked up mega high on the back, with a slammed front and I’m now well on the way adapting and fitting an X-pack kit that I need to widen to fit the 10 inch wheels inside... All the work has been done by myself.”
