How to vote for your favourite of 2018 .

A. Mk2 Escort Owner: Shaun Greatbatch Featured: May 2018 Already a winner thanks to its fine looks, finish and spec, Shaun’s Mk2 has been wowing the crowds at the shows all year — a picking up the prizes, too. B. Mk2 Transit Owner: Peter Lee Featured: November 2017 Built by custom legend, Steve Stringer as the Clubmobil prototype for Ford, Transit guru Peter has tracked it down and faithfully restored it. C. Mk1 Fiesta Owner: Fraser Gellan Featured: Summer 2018 Put together for hillclimbs and sprints, Fraser’s arched and Zetec-powered has sublime levels of detail and finish. D. Mk3 Escort Builder: Guido Pitzen Featured: December 2017 A veteran of the ETCC, Guido has faithfully restored this RS1600i to race-ready Group A spec, and it’s incredible. E. Mk1 Escort Owner: Mickey Stewart Featured: September 2018 One of the finest RS2000s on the show scene, Mickey went to incredible lengths to get his Olympic Blue Mk1 ‘just right’, tracking down some rare RS extras to enhance it, too. F. Mk2 Fiesta Owner: Dean Flowers Featured: December 2017 Dean’s stunning XR2 wears its Restomod influences on its sleeve, with the pepperpot split-rims revealing all is not what it seems. G. Mk4 Cortina Owner: Simon Hoar Featured: August 2018 What can we say? Mk4s are rare, but the 2.3S version stupidly so, yet Simon took on the challenge of restoring this Signal Amber example to showroom standard. H. Popular 100E Owner: Mike Randall Featured: December 2017 Mike’s 1961 Pop previously belonged to his late father, so he spent three years restoring the car as a tribute to him, and it’s period perfect, right down to the whitewalls and sunvisor. I. Crayford Corsair Owner: Steve Pardoe Featured: 2018 With a full-on bodywork restoration, leather retrim and ST170 engine conversion, Steve’s Crayford is a cracker. J. Mk2 Escort Owner: Martin Lewis Featured: January 2018 Martin’s YB-powered, Bjorn Waldegard works RS1800 tribute below the crowd’s minds when it was revealed at The Great Unveiling. It’s not hard to see why — the finish is flawless. K. Mk3 Capri Owner: Paul Streather Featured: May 2018 With his day job building and preparing race cars, it’s no surprise Paul’s own road car should be as well-executed as this fruity 2.1 Pinto-powered, Mk3 finished in Rosso Red. L. Thames 307E Owners: Dave and Barry Nail Featured: November 2017 Father and son, Dave and Barry turned this tired Anglia van into a South London-inspired street screamer with subtle Lagoon Blue paint and a hot Crossflow.
