Good, used trim is hard to find, particularly for the Ghia X and 2.8 injection. Driver’s seat side bolster and base are most prone to wear, while it’s not unusual for the rear bench of cloth-trimmed cars to have suffered sun damage. Doorcards can warp but more likely is the armrest collapsing. Cracked dashes are common, usually splitting from the main binnacle to the glovebox. Damp front carpet is a telltale of a rotten bulkhead.
