Museum receives Super donation

-

A late-model Anglia 123E Super has been donated to the British Motor Museum by Chris and Michael Gates. The car, which is in fantastic condition with only 32,000 miles on the clock, has been in their family since new and was originally owned by Chris’ Grandmother. The 1968-registered car is now located on the Time Road as part of the permanent collection to be enjoyed by 1000s of visitors to the Museum.

“We’d like to thank Chris and Michael Gates for this kind donation which guarantees the car’s future and makes it available for everyone to enjoy,” says curator, Stephen Laing. ”The Anglia is one of the favourite British family cars of the 1960s so I’m sure many of our visitors will connect with it.”
