From: UK Car: Mk3 Capri Featured in our November 2018, Readers’ Projects Special, Sam has been fullsteam- ahead with his jacked- up Capri project, with the now- on-the- road Mk3 taking a slightly different turn. Over to Sam:
“I came up with another crazy idea and went with it — 31 inch tyres on 8x15 inch Weller wheels! The leaf springs now run over the axle and I’ve lengthened the shackles. At the front there’s now a bigger crossmember to body gap, spaced antiroll bar, and I’ve lengthened steering. Body-wise, I’ve chopped out the arches and fitted an X- pack kit. I’m now on with fabricating some anti-tramp bars. Christine is ready for winter!”
