Adjustable TCAs

Q I’m looking for adjustable track control arms for my 1968 Mk2 Cortina. All the websites I’ve looked at have them for the Mk1 Cortina or Escort but I can’t find them for the Mk2. Can you help me? Gene Selir Australia

A Off-the-shelf adjustable arms aren’t available for the Mk2, either in the UK or Australia, so you need

to get yours converted and it’s probably cheaper to get yours done in Australia.There are a number of places doing conversions, but no-one specifically advertises the service for Cortinas — engineering workshops, off-road 4x4 workshops and even the boutique drift workshops are going to be your best bet to get a set made up.

Another option is to attend a local historic race meeting and throw your eyes over some of the race cars. Most of these guys do their own work, so you may get lucky and get a set made that way.
