Confronting topic of death
A WHITE Gum Valley resident will be bringing a number of community events to Fremantle as part of Dying to Know Day next month.
Nicolette Smith said she and her Gift of Grace co-director Stacey Farmer would aim to get locals more comfortable with talking about death and dying.
“We will also lead discussions on a range of topics, including conducting your own funeral, eco-friendly choices and funeral and planning options,” she said.
“Another interesting aspect we will discuss is what happens to your social and digital media footprint after you die.”
The free Game of Life workshop is at the One Stop Shop in Kings Square from 10am to 11.30am on August 7. Call 9432 9725 to book.
