IT was a hard weekend for Fremantle football.
The West Coast Eagles snapped a six-derby losing streak to beat the Fremantle Dockers by 28 points on Sunday.

In the WAFL, Claremont boosted its chances of a finals berth with a 35-point win over East Fremantle.
Beau Maister booted six goals from 12 disposals to help the Tigers to an 18.7 (115) to 12.8 (80) win and hold off Swan Districts for fifth spot by percentage.
Brandon Ellis booted four goals for the Sharks, who have not won since round eight.
