Banking on return of Sunday session

Cockburn Gazette - - YOUR GENERATION -

NEVER again say there is nothing to do on a Sunday afternoon now that one of East Fremantle’s favourite venues has unleashed its newly renovated outdoor area for weekly Sunday sessions.

In a bid to return to the traditional Sunday session of enjoying the company of friends and family while watching the sunset over the Swan River, The Left Bank has redesigned its outdoor beer garden to make it more comfortable, contemporary and able to accommodate groups of various sizes.

The Left Bank director Ben Rasheed said the new look brought a more relaxed vibe to the area.

“There’s been a renewed emphasis on making it even more popular as the place to gather with friends and family to enjoy the great loca- tion by the Swan,” he said.

“It’s a tradition that’s fallen away somewhat over the past 10 years and we’re keen to bring it back and make the Sunday Sesh at The Lefty a great afternoon out that appeals to people of all ages.

“It’s a truly unique location right on the banks of the Swan River.”
