REPORT SUSPICIOUS BEHAVIOUR

Cockburn Gazette - - STREET WATCH -

THE heat is on and burglaries remain an issue. The warmer weather entices crooks to get out and about, coinciding with householders leaving windows open and unlocked. This creates the perfect storm for a rise in crime. We all need to do our part and as householders we need to ensure our homes are secure, which means doors and windows are locked. If you leave your windows open for some fresh air, make sure you have suitable security locks attached. Crooks generally look for the easiest option.. Also remember to report suspicious behaviour. Trust your instincts; if a person or a vehicle looks suspicious, it probably is suspicious and you need to call police on 131 444. – Palmyra Police Station Senior Sergeant Gavin Radice
