Metafit is an ex­cit­ing new twist on cir­cuit train­ing and HIIT train­ing de­signed so that you con­tinue to burn calo­ries up to 24 hours af­ter your ses­sion.

As well as burn calo­ries, classes aim to help you burn fat, boost your me­tab­o­lism and im­prove flex­i­bil­ity and strength.

Kylie was one of Perth's first Metafit in­struc­tors and runs classes week­days at the East Fre­man­tle Lawn Ten­nis Club and week­ends at the East Fre­man­tle Cricket and Lacrosse play­ing fields.

She is happy to pro­vide classes in other ar­eas if a min­i­mum of six friends can com­mit.
