As well as burn calories, classes aim to help you burn fat, boost your metabolism and improve flexibility and strength.
Kylie was one of Perth's first Metafit instructors and runs classes weekdays at the East Fremantle Lawn Tennis Club and weekends at the East Fremantle Cricket and Lacrosse playing fields.
She is happy to provide classes in other areas if a minimum of six friends can commit.
