Cockburn Gazette - - WORKPLACE -

THE Booragoon Bulldogs Junior Football Club will have an edge on the competition this season, after a few lucky players enjoyed a special training session with the West Coast Eagles last week.

The kids took part in an Ultimate Training Session with Eagles Matt Priddis, Xavier Ellis and Kurt Murtimer as part of Hawaiian’s community football program.

The afternoon consisted of a private tour of the club’s facilities, followed by a footy, volleyball and competitive goal-kicking session.

After a tiring session on the field, the players signed a mountain of jerseys, posters and footballs.

Booragoon junior Cameron Ross could not have been happier with the experience.

“It was awesome; very, very, very awesome,” he said.
