Film aims to re­di­rect boys

A NEW film aimed at de­ter­ring ado­les­cent boys from steal­ing cars has been launched by Con­sta­ble Care’s youth brand, Your Call.

Wreck, filmed from a first-per­son per­spec­tive, is an in­ter­ac­tive film that lets view­ers de­cide the des­tiny of the main char­ac­ter.

Con­sta­ble Care chief ex­ec­u­tive David Grib­ble said film’s mes­sage was timely.

“There is clearly a con­sid­er­able need in WA for cost-ef­fec­tive crime preven­tion education and Wreck will reach a very large youth au­di­ence,” he said.
