TWO local companies will share in $76 million worth of new contracts awarded for work on Perth Stadium.
Bibra Lake’s Nilsen secured the main electrical services package to supply power and lighting to the stadium.
It is a $48.8m contract that created 45 jobs.
Jandakot’s Axis Plumbing will supply and install ductwork and water systems for the stadium’s air conditioning and ventilation systems.
Sport and Recreation Minister Mia Davies said the stadium was more than 40 per cent complete and remains on schedule to open in time for the start of the 2018 AFL season.
