Sharks out of top five
THUNDER TOPPLE HOSTS DESPITE TOUGH CONDITIONS
EAST Fremantle have slipped outside the top five after a fourth straight loss.
The Sharks were beaten 10.9 (69) to 3.8 (26) at East Fremantle Oval on Saturday.
In tough conditions, the Thunder were up by three goals at quarter time.
From there they restricted the hosts to just two goals after quarter time, including none in the second half.
Brett Milward booted three goals in the win, with Rory O’Brien racking up 32 disposals and six inside 50s against his former side.
Jayden Schoefield gathered a team-high 24 disposals for the Sharks.
Skipper Jamie McNamara tallied 23 disposals, a game high seven inside 50s and topped it off with a goal.
