AUBIN GROVE

Cockburn Gazette - - STREET WATCH -

TWO homes were damaged a van crashed into them on October 16. Police say the blue and white van was being driven along Gibbs Road when the driver lost control and crashed into a home. “The van had narrowly missed the main part of the house where the occupants were sleeping, before coming to rest against the side of the neighbouring house, damaging the gas supply to that property,” a police spokesman said. A 25-year-old Aubin Grove man, uninjured in the crash, allegedly failed two breath tests. He was issued an immediate disqualification notice and will appear in Fremantle Magistrates Court on November 28, charged with reckless driving, drink driving and disorderly behaviour.
