Police say the offender watched the elderly woman go outside to hang out her laundry before entering the home, taking two iPhones and a ladies watch from the kitchen bench before he was spotted and chased out of the house by the woman’s husband.

They say the men demanded cash and property but one victim phoned for police and the men fled with some stolen items.
