THE buyers were looking through a copy of their local Community News newspaper when a new apartment development caught their eye.
“They saw the ad for Jade Apartments, drove to the office and bought an apartment as an investment,” Realmark North Coastal director Jeanette Bates said.
“They were not even searching for a property.”
The experienced selling agent said some of the other perks of advertising her properties in print included further reach.
“We find we have more interest from buyers that are not local as well,” Ms Bates said.
“Our clients win with print media.”
