The Buchan home’s trans­for­ma­tion also in­volved ex­ten­sive in­ter­nal ren­o­va­tions down­stairs, mak­ing all rooms wheel­chair ac­ces­si­ble, in­stalling a new bath­room and kitchen, and a back­yard trans­for­ma­tion by celebrity land­scape de­signer Jamie Durie.

Mr Michel-El­haj said the trans­for­ma­tion’s re­sults spoke for them­selves.
