BRAND STRAT­EGY AND IDEN­TITY FOR CHAR­ITY

Clout Brand­ing has come up with a vis­ual iden­tity, brand strat­egy and even a new name for Im­pelo, a char­ity pre­vi­ously known as Powys Dance. “The client wanted a brand that re­flected how they felt about dance par­tic­i­pa­tion and how it can trans­form our men­tal and phys­i­cal well­be­ing,” says cre­ative di­rec­tor Michael Smith. “We in­ter­preted their pas­sion with a colour­ful and bold graphic style that cel­e­brates their un­con­ven­tional ap­proach to dance par­tic­i­pa­tion and learn­ing.”

The Clout de­sign team took vis­ual cues from the ac­tivism world, which of­ten uses hand­made graph­ics and let­ter­ing, and the logo was cre­ated us­ing dif­fer­ent hand-drawn sig­na­tures.
