What next?

Bitwig Studio 8-Track is undoubtedly a powerful DAW. If it’s whetted your appetite for more, you might want to consider upgrading to the full version. Fortunately then, Bitwig offer a number of different options for doing just that.

The Standard Download version of Bitwig Studio normally retails for $399/€379. However, Bitwig offer an upgrade path from Bitwig Studio 8-Track that’ll set you back $359/€339. If you’re a student, you might qualify for the cheaper Bitwig Studio EDU license, which is available for $269/€259.

These licenses are perpetual but only valid for the version you purchase, and any upgrades released in the following 12 months. Once that time is up, you’ll still be able to use the program, but further upgrades will require the Bitwig Studio Upgrade Plan, which costs $169/€159 for another year of upgrades. This same price/plan applies to the Standard as well as Educational versions.
