For us, the ten pads, eight gated ‘sequences’ and three plucks are the standouts, but there’s real imagination on display in the bass patches, too. No new wavetables are included this time round, but you do get five heavily-processed vinyl noise samples, which are used as the basis for five looping ‘texture’ presets; and all four of Serum’s Macro controls have been assigned in every preset – we should hope so too!
