The Music Technology Show

Virtual show for music production enthusiasts this October!

-

There’s a possibility – and we hope this is not a correct prediction – that there won’t be any ‘live’ music equipment shows next year thanks to, you guessed it ‘that’ situation. NAMM has already gone, Frankfurt is surely hanging in the balance, so will the ever-more-popular

Superbooth show in Berlin be our only saviour (again)? Not to worry for the foreseeable, though, because we have just the thing to at least partly fill these gaps. A new virtual Music Technology show… from us!

Actually the show is being organised by Computer Music and sister magazines Electronic Musician and Future Music through our website Music Radar. The Music Technology Show will take place online at musicradar.com on 30th and 31st of October and so far the number of virtual exhibitors keen to display their latest tech is rapidly rising. Roland, IK Multimedia, Krotos Audio, East West Sound, Shure, Mixed In Key and many more have already signed up to ‘attend’ and there will not only be demos of their latest releases, but artist Q&As, panels and a whole lot more.

For the first time ever Computer Music and Future Music will be unveiling some complete classic Producer Masterclasses featuring artists old and new breaking down and building up tracks. We have classic videos – never before made public – from the likes of Icicle, Feed Me, Dom & Roland and Spektre; recent offerings from Sub Focus, C.A.R., Beardyman and Ivy Lab plus all-new videos from BT (an incredible studio tour), Solardo, Philth and Fourward (with allnew Producer Masterclasses). There also will be artist Q&As, star gear demos and panel discussions across the two-day event and we’re also hoping that one or two companies might give us a few exclusive unveilings at the show – all TBA as we write this!

The best part of all is that the show will be completely free to ‘attend’ and there’s even a huge digital goodie bag for anyone who preregisters for the show, comprising of tens of GBs of samples plus, for the duration of the show, the mighty Computer Music Plugin Suite to download.

To preregister for this free event, simply head over to musicradar.com and fill in the simple form there.
