We saw Audiotent’s fine techno credentials on display with Morph in 287 and Magma continues the theme, albeit with a smaller 800MB collection. The drum loops and basses are solid and less evolving; for more dynamics, there are fine, gradual evolutions in the pads, Sub Rumbles and atmospheres which could make a great fit in progressive, ambient and leftfield genres. Some of the loops have perhaps too many effects applied and we’d love drier options, but we are greedy so and so’s. audiotent.com n8/ 10n
