IK Multimedia have released SampleTron 2 which gives you the classic sound of the Mellotron… and because it’s IK, a lot more. It contains “an extensive collection of new, original samples of vintage Mellotron and Chamberlin machines” and uses IK’s extensive processing to apply the same vibe to many non-Tron sounds too.
