“This month we’ve tried to make the oddest, dirtiest, strangest single shots and loops we could, just using a guitar and a string of pedals (or sometimes just one).
“The pedals we used (and love) include granular delays, octave up and down fuzz, synth fuzz, shimmer reverb, reverse playback, time stretching, granular sampling, pitch shifting, feedback loops, ring modulation, bit crushing and much more than I have space to explain!
“We’ve tried to describe what processing is happening in each sample name but sometimes we just went for odd or noisy! We have also included a few samples of our phone’s audio being picked up by one of the Telecaster’s humbuckers, then processed through a pedal chain, just because we could.”
