Reverb Foundry Tai Chi
Tai Chi is – and we know this as we actually studied it many moons ago – an ancient art of very slow self defence (that relies on your attacker, attacking you veeeerrrrryyyy slowly) – but it is now also… a reverb.
Yes, Reverb Foundry have announced Tai Chi – a reverb, and more. It features all sorts of additions and extras including multiband processing, compression, extra chorusing plus Bit-crushing and Density controls.
Reverb Foundry say that the Feedback Delay Network engine at the core of the plugin “takes the art to an entirely new dimension creating an incredibly thick, rich and luscious chorus unlike any other reverb”. You get up to four bands of reverb decay time, multi-band filters and fidelity tools plus compression and ducking to help tame late reverb and early reflections.
We’ll be seeing a lot more surround support with plugins in the future and Tai Chi is already ready with up to 7.1.2 channel support. $199; stereo only Lite version, $99.
