Roland Cloud

-

If we had to highlight one company that led the way throughout the 80s era, it would have to be Roland. Their branding, emblazoned on the back of all of their synthesisers, was obvious to see when watching bands perform on TV and truly influential to anyone who grew up in this era. Just about all of these vintage classics from Roland are exorbitantly expensive on the secondhand market, but Roland have reinvented the classics in software form, with some of the finest software models available. The Roland Cloud is a portal that allows purchase or rental of just about all of the Roland classics. It’s a very cost-effective way of re-visiting these machines, while we think that they all sound extraordinarily close to the originals. Pricing starts at $99 per synth or $99.99 for a year’s rental to get the lot.
