Orchestral Tools’ big string things

Berlin-based Orchestral Tools have announced a new set of strings initiatives and an upgrade to their Sine Player (essentially their version of Kontakt). First up, Berlin Con Sordino Strings is “a richly textured collection of gentle string sounds with a wide range of articulations ideal for softer timbres, delicate compositions” with an intro price of €349. Then there is a new strings bundle called Berlin Strings that combines all of OT’s string collections into one discounted package (€999 for €2,800 worth of packs). Finally, SINE gets M1 compatibility and quite a few workflow tweaks.
