Aside from an emerg­ing gin in­dus­try, this wild Bass Strait is­land has ex­cel­lent fresh pro­duce on of­fer such as de­li­cious cray­fish, salt grass lamb, fruit and veg­eta­bles. A long lunch will be held in a spec­tac­u­lar (yet to be an­nounced) lo­ca­tion on the 14th, with guest chefs David Moyle, Matt Stone, Jo Bar­rett, James Viles and Mark Labrooy gath­er­ing the bounty of the is­land to match to a se­lec­tion of Tas­ma­nian wines.
