MEDITERRANEAN MEANDERINGS
“I just love the adventure of life,” says photographer, author and gardening globetrotter Trisha Dixon (left) from her home in Bobundara, in the vast rolling hills of the Monaro district of southern NSW. The historic homestead is surrounded by a gloriously wild garden, and that’s the way Trisha likes it. “If I wanted it to be perfect, I’d have to be here every day of the year,” she says. “Instead, I have an exciting life full of photography, travel, art and family.” When Trisha isn’t gardening or writing and photographing books, she’s travelling the globe leading small group tours to places like the Greek Islands, the Veneto or Tasmania. Closer to home, Mickey Robertson is launching the 2018 program of events at Glenmore House near Camden, NSW, on March 1 with a talk by Trisha, titled Mediterranean Meanderings, followed by a delicious Mediterranean-inspired lunch.
