IT’S ON AGAIN: Come along for our 10th an­nual Meet the Pro­duc­ers lunch at Or­ange FOOD Week. Coun­try Style ed­i­tor-in-chief Vic­to­ria Carey and for­mer Or­ange Farm­ers’ Mar­ket man­ager Cath Thomp­son will again be at the Coun­try Women’s As­so­ci­a­tion Hall in Nash­dale. Start with canapés and a drink on ar­rival be­fore head­ing to take your place at the ta­bles for a two-course menu, matched with lo­cal wines. The lunch will cel­e­brate lo­cal pro­duce, while grow­ers unite to cre­ate a mini farm­ers’ mar­ket where vis­i­tors will be given the op­por­tu­nity to get up close and per­sonal with the peo­ple be­hind the of­fer­ings.
