Raw, the latest range from Yarra Valley fudge-maker extraordinaire Fudge by Rich, contains no dairy — a seemingly impossible feat. “There was a call for it,” says owner and confectioner Nicole Street, who spent six months perfecting this vegan fudge, which is made from raw cacao, nuts and coconut.
