Cullen Wines Restaurant This Margaret River vineyard’s two-hatted restaurant has an extensive biodynamic garden on site, where executive chef Iain Robertson is able to harvest fruit, herbs and vegetables for his seasonal dishes, which diners enjoy on the long verandah. Fleet After an October closure, this Far North Coast favourite reopens its doors in November to serve an ever-changing menu of small dishes and degustatio­n dinners. Reserve your spot well in advance: the tiny space seats just 14 guests at a time and is booked out quickly.
