Yarri Restaurant and Bar
Aaron Carr, the former chef at Vasse Felix, opened this restaurant early last year in collaboration with the co-founders of Snake and Herring Wines. It’s now one of Margaret River’s best and was awarded two chef’s hats in the Good Food Guide 2019. The menu reflects the six seasons observed by WA’S Indigenous Noongar people and champions the region’s exceptional produce. Expect many dishes cooked over fire that combine native ingredients with Asian flavours. 7/16 Cyrillean Way, Dunsborough. (08) 9786 5030; yarri.com.au
