Fred Olsen Aussie pact

Z Olsen web­site and brochure ded­i­cated to the Aus­tralian mar­ket is on its way, fol­low­ing the re­newal of the cruise line’s part­ner­ship with Cruise Abroad as its ex­clu­sive Aus­tralian whole­saler.

“This is an ex­cit­ing time for Fred Olsen in Aus­tralia with the de­vel­op­ment of an Aus­tralian ded­i­cated web­site and a new brochure pro­mot­ing cruises rel­e­vant to our mar­ket, which will be priced in AUD,” said John Si­mos, joint man­ag­ing di­rec­tor of Cruise Abroad.

Fred Olsen op­er­ates four ships in six con­ti­nents and has sched­uled t to visit Aus­tralia in 2017 as part of its 107-night world cruise.

The cruise line has also launched its first 2017/18 South Africa and In­dian Ocean pro­gram on board .

New part­ner­ships with air­lines have emerged for the pro­gram, with South African Air­ways fly­ing into Cape Town and Air Mau­ri­tius into Mau­ri­tius.

“Th­ese cruises are prov­ing ex­tremely pop­u­lar, with over 15,000 phone calls re­ceived by the cruise line on the first day fol­low­ing the re­lease,” said Kate Woodridge, sales man­ager int’l, Fred Olsen Cruise Lines.
