NCL Cuba sail­ings go off

NOR­WE­GIAN Cruise Line is see­ing “in­cred­i­ble de­mand for Cuba” and has ex­tended its cruises from Mi­ami through 2018.

Nor­we­gian Sky will be­gin her 2018 Cuba cruise sea­son on 26 Mar, of­fer­ing 33 voy­ages fol­low­ing on from 30 cruises to the desti­na­tion this year.

Sail­ing four-day roundtrip cruises from Mi­ami, all but one of Sky’s 2018 cruises will in­clude an overnight stay in Cuba’s cap­i­tal of Ha­vana, as well as a call on Great Stir­rup Cay, Nor­we­gian’s pri­vate is­land in the Ba­hamas.

“Cuba is a spec­tac­u­lar desti­na­tion and we are see­ing in­cred­i­ble de­mand from our guests to ex­pe­ri­ence the beau­ti­ful and cul­tural-rich city of Ha­vana and her warm and friendly peo­ple,” said Andy Stu­art, pres­i­dent and chief ex­ec­u­tive of­fi­cer for Nor­we­gian Cruise Line.

Shore ex­cur­sions will in­clude a farm-to-ta­ble din­ing ex­pe­ri­ence, ex­plor­ing the flora and fauna of Soroa, and more.

The new four-day cruises on Nor­we­gian Sky will open for sale on 20 Apr.
