MSC to stretch Magnifica

MSC Cruises has announced a US$140 million upgrade for the MSC Magnifica, including a 23-metre extension which will add 215 new cabins.

The project, to be completed in the lead-up to Magnifica’s 2021 northern summer season, which will see her homeport from Southampton, will also include two new restaurants and a new water park and kids’ area.

Environmental enhancements will include next generation waste water treatment and a new shore power system.
