HOW TO CHANGE YOUR CHAINRINGS
INGREDIENTS
• 500g 2 per cent fat turkey mince • 2 cloves garlic • 2 tins chopped tomatoes • 1 tin kidney beans • 1 onion • 1tbsp olive oil • 1tbsp tomato puree • 2tbsp Worcestershire sauce • 1tsp chilli, smoked paprika and
dried basil • Salt and pepper to season
METHOD
Heat the oil in a pan. Crush the garlic and add to the oil.
Chop the onion and add to the pan. Cook until golden.
Add the turkey mince and cook through. Add the remaining ingredients.
Simmer for 20 minutes. Serve with rice or cauliflower rice.
