MEDITERRAN­EAN SEA BREAM PASTA

INGREDIENT­S

• 1 fillet sea bream • 100g spaghetti • 1tbsp olive oil • 1 clove garlic • Handful cherry tomatoes • 1tbsp olives • Salt and pepper to season • Fresh basil to garnish

METHOD

1 Boil your spaghetti with some salt until it’s al dente. 2 Fry the crushed garlic in a pan with olive oil, then add the sea bream skin side down and season. 3 After three minutes turn over the bream, add the halved cherry tomatoes and olives and cook for two minutes. 4 Drain the pasta and serve with the fish. Garnish with basil and remaining oil from the pan.
