Chrome’s unique manufacturing process takes a lightweight fully waterproof polyester/ nylon fabric and sonically bonds it together, making for a seam-free construction. Where the panels do join, they are overlaid so there is much more surface than traditional bonds to ensure super-strong joins. A full storm zip around the top opening and a storm zipprotected valuables/keys pocket means your stu! is totally protected.

Waterproof backpacks can carry a fair bit of extra weight over a standard bag because they usually require a waterproof membrane sandwiched between the fabric.
